Refund Policy

Stat Services LLC strives to provide quality services and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy applies to all services, memberships, subscriptions, and service requests offered by Stat Services LLC and its affiliated brands.

Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted either:

• Through the Contact Us page on our website; or

• By calling our business phone number and speaking with a representative.

Refund requests submitted through any other method may not be reviewed or processed. If refund is granted funds can take 5-7 business days to process.

Completed Services

Once a service has been completed, performed, delivered, or fulfilled, no refund shall be required or guaranteed.

Any refund issued after completion of service shall be solely at the discretion of Stat Services LLC as a customer service courtesy and shall not create any obligation for future refunds.

Subscription and Membership Services

Customers are responsible for canceling subscriptions or memberships prior to their next billing date.

No refunds will be issued for subscription or membership charges that have already been processed due to a customer’s failure to cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellation of a subscription or membership will stop future billing but does not entitle the customer to a refund of current or previous charges.

Customer Cancellations

Services canceled after confirmation, scheduling, dispatch, preparation, or allocation of company resources may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund eligibility for canceled services shall be determined solely by Stat Services LLC.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Stat Services LLC directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution.

Stat Services LLC reserves the right to provide documentation, communications, service records, agreements, invoices, and other evidence in response to any payment dispute.

Discretionary Refunds

Any refund issued by Stat Services LLC is provided solely as a goodwill gesture and shall not be interpreted as an admission of fault, liability, wrongdoing, or an obligation to provide future refunds under similar circumstances.

Modification of Policy

Stat Services LLC reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

By purchasing, subscribing to, or using any service offered by Stat Services LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
