Stat Cleaning provides convenient apartment trash pickup services for residents within participating apartment communities. Our service is designed for residents who need assistance transporting household trash, boxes, and approved waste items from their apartment to the property’s designated disposal area.

Customers may choose between one-time pickup requests or a monthly membership plan that includes recurring service throughout the month.

SERVICE REQUIREMENTS

• Service is available only within participating apartment communities.

• Residents must be available during their selected pickup window unless otherwise instructed by Stat Cleaning.

• Trash may not be left unattended outside apartments unless specifically authorized by Stat Cleaning. (Working diligently to change soon)

• Payment is required before service is scheduled.

• Membership plans include up to 12 pickups per month. ( Scheduled or Request)

• Unused membership pickups do not roll over to future months.

• Service availability, scheduling, and pickup windows are subject to operational capacity and community requirements.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

For safety reasons, we do not accept:

• Hazardous materials

• Chemicals

• Paint

• Appliances

• Furniture

• Construction debris

• Liquids

• Leaking bags

• Animal waste

• Medical waste

• Batteries

• Any unsafe, prohibited, or unlawful materials

Stat Cleaning reserves the right to refuse service for prohibited items, unsafe conditions, excessive waste, violations of community rules, or violations of company policies.
