Before Submitting Your Request

One-Time Pickup: If you need a one-time trash pickup, simply click the One-Time Pickup payment link, complete the $3.50 payment, then return to this page and complete the pickup request form below ; one-time pickups are available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during your selected service window. Please keep all trash inside your apartment until pickup; we are working toward being able to provide outside bins for your unit.

New Membership Members: If you would like regular pickups, simply purchase the $28.99 membership to automatically enroll; membership includes automatic trash pickups Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during your preferred pickup window, so there is no need to submit a pickup request for each pickup.

Current Members: If you already have an active membership, you can change your preferred pickup window by refilling out this form or by contacting us at 863-339-3002, Monday–Friday, 7 AM–7 PM. Important: After submitting your request, our team will receive your information and complete your pickup during your selected service window.Note: Payment is required for new service requests. Active members do not need to submit an additional payment for pickups included with their membership. Trash pick ups are available Mon, Wed, & Fri during our listed window hours of 7AM-7PM
