After submitting your request, our team will receive your information and complete your Carry Assistance request within 1 Hour.

Please be available during your selected service window. You may choose to have your items handed directly to you or safely placed at your apartment door. If no response is received within 2 minutes of our arrival, your items will be safely placed at your apartment door. Our employees do not enter apartments under any circumstances.

Our Promise: If we are unable to complete your Carry Assistance request within your selected one-hour service window, you will receive a full refund.

Note: Payment is required before submitting all Carry Assistance requests. Service is available Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, for residents of participating apartment communities only.

Important: Maximum item weight is 75 lbs per item. We do not transport furniture, appliances, construction materials, hazardous chemicals, weapons, illegal items, or any prohibited items listed in our Terms of Service. Stat Services reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, including severe weather, unsafe stairs or walkways, poor lighting, aggressive animals, or any situation that may put our employees at risk. If service is refused for safety reasons, you will receive a full refund.
