Welcome to Stat Cleaning, operated by Stat Services LLC. By accessing our website, purchasing services, subscribing to a membership, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Services

Stat Cleaning provides trash pickup and disposal convenience services within participating apartment communities during designated service hours.

Service availability, pricing, and operating hours may be modified at any time.

One-Time Pickup Services

One-time pickups include up to four (4) standard household trash bags unless otherwise stated. Additional bags may incur additional fees.

Payment is required before service is scheduled.

Membership Services

Membership plans automatically renew on a recurring basis until canceled by the customer.

Membership includes up to the number of monthly pickups specified in the selected plan. Unused requests do not roll over to future billing periods.

Customers may cancel at any time. Cancellation will become effective at the end of the current billing period.

No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods, unused requests, missed pickups due to customer unavailability, or canceled requests after confirmation.

Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited and will not be accepted:

• Hazardous materials

• Chemicals

• Paint

• Appliances

• Furniture

• Construction debris

• Liquids

• Leaking bags

• Animal waste

• Any unsafe or unlawful materials

Stat Cleaning reserves the right to refuse service for prohibited items.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

• Provide accurate service information

• Be available during scheduled pickup windows

• Ensure bags are properly tied and safe to transport

• Comply with community rules and regulations

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stat Services LLC and Stat Cleaning shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

SMS Terms and Conditions

Stat Services LLC: A campaign that covers multiple use cases such as Customer Care and Marketing to engage with our customers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel. Carriers are not liable for any delays or undelivered messages.
